Little Dragons
The most popular of the Korean martial arts, Tae Kwon Do teaches more than to just kick and punch. It teaches discipline, enhancing your spirit and life by training your mind and body.
Tae Kwon Do, is especially helpful in developing mental and physical aspects in young children. Through the use of kicks and forms, physical aspects such as balance and coordination are developed. Mentally the children are taught to have a positive attitude, and that even daunting goals, such as getting a black belt, are possible when you take it one step at a time.
“Tae Kwon Do” means “the art of kicking and punching.” We trace its heritage back over 2000 years, to an ancient defensive martial art called Subak or Takkyeon.
We honor our Korean heritage by instilling in students both a sense of pride and responsibility, so they understand the right way to be a student of Tae Kwon Do.
